Refunds: All sales are final once billed, and refunds are not issued. Cancellations are processed promptly but take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You can continue accessing your product until the end of the cycle with no further charges.
Access: If the rules are violated, access to the service will be terminated. No refunds will be issued, and service will be terminated.
Billing and Cancellation: Subscriptions are automatically billed at the end of each paid billing cycle or trial period. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you remain responsible for the full fee of the current billing cycle upon cancellation. You are solely responsible for canceling your account within your desired timeframe. IF YOU FAIL TO CANCEL A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION, NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.
Unused Portions and Trials: Refunds are unavailable for unused service portions, including trial periods. Trial periods cannot be paused or reinstated if a subscription is canceled early, and unused trial days cannot be credited toward billed days.
Payment Processing: If a payment is declined, our systems will automatically attempt to process it again. If the payment fails multiple times, the service will be terminated. We reserve the right to amend this policy, so please review it periodically.
Cancellation Processing: The system may take up to 72 hours to process cancellation requests. You are solely responsible for canceling your account within your desired timeframe and for any charges that may occur.
