Monthly Subscription Policy
You Will Be Charged Each Month Until You Cancel.
Effective Immediately Upon Commencement of Subscription
By starting any monthly subscription with Nexgen ProTrader Funding, you affirmatively agree to the following binding terms:
1. Subscription Term & Renewal
• Your monthly subscription starts on the date of payment and continues for 30 calendar days. • Unless cancelled by you in the system or in writing to social@nexgenprotraderfunding.com at least 24 hours before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew for successive 30-day terms. • Renewals are billed to the payment method you provided. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid. • Each renewal is an independent transaction subject to this policy in full.
2. No Refunds, Credits, or Prorated Amounts
• All subscription payments—initial and renewal—are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-reversible. Decide to cancel early.
Fail to use the service.
Experience dissatisfaction with features or content.
Suffering service interruptions from your equipment, internet, or third-party platforms • By agreeing, you accept full responsibility to cancel before your next billing if you do not wish to continue.
3. Cancellation Responsibility
• You must cancel your subscription via your client portal or dashboard. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid automatic renewal. • After you cancel, you will retain access until the end of the current 30-day term; the cancellation only prevents the next billing—it does not give a refund for the current term. • Failure to cancel on time does not grant you any refund, credit, or exception.
4. Service Delivery & Finality of Sale
• Upon subscription activation, you are granted access to live or digital content, credentials, platform features, or services—constituting full delivery. • Because access is immediate, each billing constitutes a completed transaction and is final at the time of payment.
5. Technical, Performance, or Preference-based Issues
• Refunds will not be issued due to:
Dissatisfaction with performance, content, or pacing
Disconnections or downtime related to your hardware, software, internet, or broker feed
Change of mind, change of goals, or misunderstanding of the service • You are responsible for ensuring your environment is capable and suited for the service.
6. Digital Access Monitoring & Fraud Defense
• Nexgen ProTrader Funding records all subscriber access events, including: IP address, geolocation, device fingerprint, browser/OS metadata, timestamps, and activity logs. • These records may be submitted to payment processors, issuing banks, and legal authorities as proof of authorized use and service delivery. • By subscribing, you expressly consent to such monitoring as part of fraud prevention and chargeback defense.
7. Chargebacks & Disputed Payments
• Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or disputed payment after subscribing constitutes contractual fraud. • Nexgen ProTrader Funding will:
Immediately suspend or terminate all related accounts and access
Submit documented access logs and usage data to defend the transaction
Report the dispute and associated account activity to merchant processors and industry fraud-watch databases
Seek recovery of the full subscription amount, associated costs, processing fees, and legal/collection expenses.
8. Collections & Enforcement
• You agree to pay all costs, fees, damages, and reasonable attorney or collection agency fees incurred to enforce this policy and recover owed amounts. • If subscription payments are reversed or not honored, Nexgen may assign or sell the resulting debt to a licensed collection agency.
9. Termination of Access
• Any user found attempting to circumvent these terms, creating duplicate accounts, or accessing service via aliases will be permanently banned from Nexgen ProTrader Funding, partner systems, and affiliates. • Future attempts to subscribe or access through alternate identities may be blocked or prosecuted.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
• All subscription-related disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). • The governing law will be that of the State of Florida, USA. • You waive the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action.
11. Acknowledgment & Electronic Signature
• By completing subscription checkout, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted this policy along with the Privacy Policy, Security Disclaimer, Trading Risk Disclosure, and any other relevant service terms. • Your checkout constitutes an electronic signature under the U.S. E‑SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and forms a binding contract.
SUMMARY
Your monthly subscription is final once payment is made. Renewals happen automatically unless cancelled in a timely manner. There are no refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements for any reason. Nexgen ProTrader Funding records your access data, enforces these terms rigorously, and will defend against chargebacks with full legal and technical evidence.
