To progress to a "semi-live" Trader account, you must first successfully trade the **Simulated Evaluation Account.** This involves meeting specific profit objectives to demonstrate consistent and responsible trading practices. This test requires a minimum of 1 trading day to pass.\

There is no time limit to achieve this; take as long as needed while maintaining an active subscription. A trading day is defined as any day on which at least one order is executed

The evaluation phase is critical in ensuring you have the skills, discipline, and risk management capabilities required for live trading. By achieving the profit targets and maintaining compliance with all draw-down and risk management guidelines, you showcase your ability to trade effectively under real-world conditions.\

Completing this phase is your gateway to advancing within the Nexgen ProTrader Funding program.

The Trader account operates as a **"**<mark style="color:$primary;">**Semi-Live**</mark>**" Account**, technically a simulation account. This account follows the same rules as the evaluation account. Nexgen ProTrader Funding processes payouts for this account type by replicating the trader's simulated trades into a live, real-money sub-account within Nexgen's primary account. \

Once you reach the profit objectives in your evaluation account(s), your subscription for that account will **automatically end**. The one-time activation fee varies by account size.

Nexgen ProTrader Funding will allow up to **3 Live** trading accounts and **10** **Eval** trading accounts per trader. For traders who demonstrate profitability and disciplined performance, there will be a path to quickly qualify for additional accounts. Each review will be based on a trader’s performance and approved by the management team. Traders who are doing well will be able to manage up to 10 accounts once they have been approved.

Passing the evaluation account is the first step, but the second step involves some pressure. That pressure can sometimes be overwhelming for new traders, who may fail their first semi-live accounts. Nexgen's ability to copy trades from a trader using what we call a "Semi-Live" account, rather than opening real accounts for all newly successful traders with minimal ID checks, saves time and money.&#x20;

<mark style="color:green;">**Active**</mark> – Your subscription is live and in good standing. You have full access to trade the evaluation account as long as billing remains current and no rules are breached.

<mark style="color:red;">**Failed**</mark> – The account has breached one or more evaluation rules. Trading access is disabled. The account will automatically reset after 30 days unless the subscription is canceled before that time.

<mark style="color:green;">**Passed**</mark> – You have successfully met all evaluation requirements. The account is eligible to move forward to the funded/sim-live stage, pending completion of any required steps.

<mark style="color:green;">**Paid**</mark> – You have completed the payment required to upgrade to the Sim/Live account. Your account is in the transition process to the funded stage.

<mark style="color:yellow;">**Canceled**</mark> – You have canceled your subscription. Billing stops immediately, and the evaluation account is closed right away. Once canceled, the account cannot be traded or reactivated. A new evaluation would need to be purchased to continue.

The **activation fee** is a one-time cost that covers the setup and ongoing operational requirements of a **Sim/Live Account**, including market data, platform access, account infrastructure, and risk management services. Nexgen ProTrader Funding does not have any time limits for account activation. You’re free to upgrade whenever your situation allows.

Once you reach the profit objectives in your evaluation account(s), your subscription for that account will **automatically end**. The one-time activation fee varies by account size:\

You only need **1 trading day** to pass your evaluation.

There’s **no minimum number of days** beyond that. Once you meet all the profit and rule requirements and have at least one active trading day, you’re eligible to pass.

You can take longer if you prefer — the key is meeting the target and following the rules, not how many days it takes.\

\**A **trading day** counts as any day where at least **one trade is placed and closed** on your evaluation account.*

**Profit & Payout Consistency Rule:**

* For each payout, the account profit must be at least the amount of your payout request since your last request. Meaning you can't make 25k on day 1, then earn $50 per day for 7 days, and request a $3,000 payout when the profits equal $400 for the current trading days period.
* In any 7-day payout cycle, **no more than 30% of total profits** may come from a single trading day.
* If one day makes up more than 30%, no payout will be processed until further trading reduces that day’s weight to 30% or less.

A flat fee of $50 USD will be deducted for each payout requested via **Rise** to cover processing charges.

Create a [**Rise account**](https://www.riseworks.io/) before requesting a payout. Make sure your legal name, email, and account details match your Nexgen account and complete all required onboarding.

#### <mark style="color:$primary;">Step 2:</mark> Complete Verification <a href="#step-2-complete-verification" id="step-2-complete-verification"></a>

Your Rise account must be fully verified before any payout can be processed. This may include identity verification, account confirmation, and any required compliance documentation. If KYC requirements are not met, the payout may be denied.

#### <mark style="color:$primary;">Step 3:</mark> Submit Your Payout Request <a href="#step-3-submit-your-payout-request" id="step-3-submit-your-payout-request"></a>

All approved payouts are issued through Rise only.

After submission, your payout will be reviewed for eligibility and compliance. If approved, the payout will be sent through Rise. Processing times may vary depending on verification status and review.

**This Policy is Effective & Accepted by You Immediately Upon Checkout**

By purchasing any product or account from **Nexgen ProTrader Funding**, you affirmatively agree that all sales are final, all access is immediate, and that Nexgen will track, log, and fully enforce these terms permitted by law.

**1. Service Rendered at Checkout**

Upon payment, Nexgen’s proprietary systems automatically generate your account, credentials, and platform access. This constitutes **full delivery of the purchased service**. The sale is complete, and **no refunds or reversals** are available under any circumstances.

**2. All Sales Final — No Exceptions**

All fees — including evaluations, resets, funded activations, renewals, add-ons, and administrative charges — are **non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-disputable**. No partial, prorated, or credit-based refunds will ever be issued.

**3. Subscription Responsibility**

Subscriptions are renewed automatically every 30 days. You are solely responsible for cancelling before renewal through your client dashboard. Resets do NOT change your monthly subscription date and will not cancel your subscription. Failure to cancel a subscription before billing does not create any right to refund or credit.

**4. No Refunds for Performance, Preference, or Technical Issues**

Refunds will not be granted due to:

* Failed evaluations or rule violations
* Platform preference or trading performance
* Third-party outages (internet, broker, or data)
* Misunderstanding of rules or product features

All users are expected to review all program terms and conditions before purchase.

**5. Digital Access Verification & Geo-Tracking**

**Nexgen ProTrader Funding actively records every login event**, including:

* IP address, geolocation, and device fingerprint
* Browser and operating system metadata
* Access timestamps and account activity logs
* Everything that you do on our system.

These logs are maintained and will serve as **verifiable proof of delivery and usage** and may be provided to payment processors, issuing banks, or legal authorities to counter any false claim or dispute.

**6. Data Retention & Lawful Disclosure**

By completing checkout, you grant Nexgen ProTrader Funding permission to retain login, payment, and device data for fraud-prevention and chargeback-defense purposes. Nexgen may disclose this information to financial institutions, payment processors, fraud databases, and law enforcement if necessary to defend or enforce this agreement.

**7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes**

Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute after accepting these terms constitutes **contractual fraud**. Nexgen will immediately:

* Terminate all associated accounts and licenses
* Submit all digital access and geo-location records as evidence
* Report on the incident to banks, processors, and industry watchlists
* Engage third-party collections to recover the disputed amount, fees, and legal costs

**8. Enforcement & Collections**

If a payment is reversed, Nexgen reserves the right to recover all associated costs, fees, and damages. You agree to pay all reasonable collection and attorney fees incurred to enforce this agreement. Nexgen may assign or sell such debt to a licensed collection agency.

**9. Non-Circumvention & Intellectual Property Ownership**

Unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution of any intellectual property or trading tools will result in immediate termination and may lead to civil or criminal prosecution.

**10. Permanent Account Termination**

Any user found to be in violation of or attempting to circumvent this policy will be permanently banned from Nexgen ProTrader Funding and all affiliated programs and forfeit all monies owed by Nexgen ProTrader Funding. Future access through alternate accounts or aliases is expressly prohibited.

**11. Binding Arbitration & Venue**

All disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or related to this policy shall be resolved by **binding arbitration** under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Venue and governing law shall be in the **State of Florida, USA.** Users waive the right to participate in any class or collective action.

**12. Discretionary Merchant Credit**

In rare cases of verified merchant-side error during activation, Nexgen may, at its sole discretion, offer an account credit as a courtesy. This does not create an ongoing obligation or precedent.

**13. Binding Electronic Signature**

Completing checkout requires acknowledgment of this Refund Policy, the Privacy Disclaimer, Security Disclaimer, and Trading Risk Disclaimer. By submitting payment, you provide a legally binding **electronic signature** under the U.S. E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. §7001).

**SUMMARY**

All sales are final. No refunds, credits, or reversals will be issued. Nexgen ProTrader Funding monitors and records all access activity (including IP address, geo-location, and device details) to verify service delivery and defend against chargebacks, fraud, or unauthorized use. Attempting a chargeback after purchase authorizes Nexgen to report and collect the full owed balance plus enforcement costs.
