#### <mark style="color:$warning;">**Nexgen ProTrader Funding Exclusively Offers CQG Data For All Accounts:**</mark>

<mark style="color:$primary;">**$5.00**</mark> ( five-dollar ) round-turn commission will be subtracted for **each contract** you trade, <mark style="color:$primary;">**$0.50**</mark> ( .50 Cents ) for a micro contract, to make the evaluation and semi-live trading account as close to the world as possible. The total commission will be removed at the end of the trading day.&#x20;

<mark style="color:yellow;">**Basic**</mark> CME Level 1 data fees are included in your monthly subscription. There are no data fees for basic CME exchange data when you have an active monthly subscription.

<mark style="color:yellow;">**Elevated**</mark> data levels, such as Level 2 data, are for professional traders and are not available for purchase through your trader dashboard at this time. 99.9% of all traders will not need this higher-level data subscription.

### <mark style="color:$warning;">**Daily P\&L & Commission Timing:**</mark>

Commissions are subtracted from your PnL after the trading day has concluded (after 5:00 PM EST). Your trading platform shows your P\&L before commissions, while the Nexgen stats dashboard reflects your P\&L after commissions.

These adjustments are processed at the end of the session and appear in the following day’s starting balance.

### <mark style="color:$warning;">Available Futures Market Symbols & Descriptions:</mark>

You may only trade approved markets.

You must trade the **front-month contract with the highest volume**. If you trade far-out contract months, we may remove those profits from your account.

Illiquid markets, including **Micro Nikkei (USD),** have strict contract limits. These limits are enforced without exception.

Nexgen recommends trading *high-liquidity* markets. We reserve the right to modify the approved list or restrict any contract that cannot support your trade volume. Nexgen ProTrader Funding reserves the right to allow or disallow any trading product at its discretion based on margin requirements, volume, liquidity, or any other risk or operational considerations.

Effective until further notice, trading in Mini/Micro Silver futures will be disabled across Nexgen ProTrader Funding accounts due to the current exchange margin requirements.

At this time, Silver day-trading margin has increased to $58,000+ per contract, which exceeds acceptable risk parameters for our program.&#x20;

We will continue monitoring margin changes and will provide an update as soon as conditions allow us to re-enable Silver trading.
