It will be important for each sales team member to have Skype. This will allow you to make calls outside of the phone burner system as well as always have an instant line of communication between each team member. Downloading Skype on your computer, phone or laptop is a great way to never miss a call. This is typically a great way to converse with your demos and clients via text without always having to make a call.
Clients will also send you pictures via chat and ask for some type of feedback on what they are doing. This is a great way for your build rapport and be that helpful hand to your demos.
