ProTrader Live Account Details.

As a "ProTrader ( Live Account )," Upon reaching the 16th payout, Nexgen may transition the trader to a live, real-money account with a power of attorney. From this point forward, the trader will receive 100% of the profits generated in the live account.

Note: Per the contract signed when moving on to a semi-live / ProTrader Live Account, Nexgen reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to replicate trades from the ProTrader Live account at any ratio without notice. The decision to copy trades is entirely at Nexgen's discretion and may or may not be exercised.

In the meantime, the trader may continue to trade their existing accounts until all the paperwork has been completed. There are no additional fees for transitioning to a live account.

Traders will be contacted and will not be moved to a live funded account without notice, notification, application, potential background checks, and proper paperwork to be completed and approved by a third-party partner, such as but not limited to: Authenticate.com

The trader agrees to complete any required paperwork within five business days of receiving notice.

If trading a live-funded prop account conflicts with any trader's country of residence laws, regulations, or guidelines, the trader shall not be permitted to trade live money without proper notice, documentation, and approval.
