Nexgen ProTrader Funding maintains strict standards for all affiliate partners. By participating in the affiliate program, you agree to comply with all promotional guidelines, applicable laws, and the terms outlined below.

Nexgen ProTrader Funding reserves the sole and absolute right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its discretion.

1. Grounds for Immediate Termination

An affiliate may be suspended or permanently removed for any of the following reasons, including but not limited to:

1.1 Misrepresentation

• Making false or misleading statements about account rules, evaluation requirements, payouts, profit potential, or risk.

• Guaranteeing profits or implying guaranteed funding.

• Presenting simulated or hypothetical results as typical outcomes.

• Failing to clearly disclose risks where required.

1.2 Unauthorized Advertising

• Running paid advertisements (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) without prior written approval.

• Bidding on branded keywords or variations of the Nexgen ProTrader Funding name without authorization.

• Using unauthorized discount codes or promotions.

• Sending unsolicited messages (spam) in communities, email, or direct messages.

1.3 Fraudulent or Manipulative Activity

• Self-referrals or creating accounts for the purpose of earning commissions.

• Commission manipulation or artificial traffic generation.

• Incentivized signups without clear disclosure.

• Abuse of refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes.

• Use of bots, automated traffic, or deceptive tracking methods.

1.4 Brand Damage

• Public conduct that harms the reputation or credibility of Nexgen ProTrader Funding.

• Impersonation of the company or claiming to represent the company without authorization.

• Use of misleading branding, fake reviews, or fabricated testimonials.

2. Audit & Verification Rights

Nexgen ProTrader Funding reserves the right to:

• Review affiliate traffic sources at any time.

• Request documentation explaining promotional methods.

• Investigate suspicious referral activity.

• Monitor compliance with marketing guidelines.

Failure to provide accurate and timely information upon request may result in immediate suspension or termination.

3. Consequences of Termination

If an affiliate account is terminated:

• All affiliate access is revoked immediately.

• Tracking links and promotional codes are disabled.

• All pending, unpaid, or future commissions are forfeited.

• Participation in the affiliate program may be permanently restricted.

Termination decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of Nexgen ProTrader Funding.

4. No Guarantee of Acceptance or Continuation

Acceptance into the affiliate program does not guarantee continued participation. Nexgen ProTrader Funding reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate any affiliate relationship at any time, with or without notice.
