*** ## How To Earn Your Way To A Live Cash Account Traders may be considered for a Live Cash Account when one or more of the following apply: * Traders who have demonstrated consistent, disciplined profitability over multiple payout cycles. * Traders who have received up to **3-5 payouts** while meeting our internal risk standards. * Traders who have exhibited exceptional risk management and trading performance. * Our Risk Team determines that your trading style is better suited for a Live Cash Account. *** ## Max Risk On Live Cash Accounts: A single semi-live account that is converted into a cash account begins with a **3% maximum loss limit**. Traders who qualify by converting **multiple eligible simulated funded accounts** will receive a **50% increase in risk capacity**, raising their maximum loss limit from **3% to 4.5%**. #### Example:

*** ## Account Replacement Reserve: Your last semi-live payout before transitioning to a live cash account will be applied toward your **Account Replacement Reserve**. This reserve is held for future use and **will** **not be paid directly to the trader**. #### Account Replacement Reserve * Not withdrawable as cash * Limited to **one replacement** per qualified account * Does not increase your Live Cash Account balance * May be used toward a one-time fee of **$1,500** to replace the account * Available only after the required cooldown period of 2 weeks All replacement accounts are subject to Risk Team approval ## Breached Live Account: If your Live Cash Account is breached **after receiving your first live payout**, your Account Replacement Reserve may be used to purchase a replacement account. Your one-time replacement account costs **$1,500**. A **2-week cooldown period** is required before a replacement account can be issued. *** ## Max Loss & Locking Level For Live Cash Account Max Loss starts at the Initial Equity Floor (3% or 4.5% max loss)\ When your account reaches new end-of-day highs, your Max Loss increases with it, always remaining the same distance below your highest end-of-day balance. Until it reaches the locking point. **Locking point:** once the account balance reaches Starting Balance + Max Loss + $100, the Max Loss level locks permanently at Starting Balance + $100. From that point, it never trails again, and the account can never fall below Starting Balance + $100. #### Example:

*** ## Scaling & Position Sizing: Position size increases as your account balance grows. * **$25K:** Starts at **1 contract** (10 micros) * **$50K, $75K & $100K:** Start at **2 contracts** (20 micros) * **$150K:** Starts at **3 contracts** (30 micros) You earn **1 additional contract** (10 micros) for every **$5,000 in net profit**, above the **locking level.** #### **$50,000 Example:**

*** ## Payout Information * Profit split is 90% to the trader and 10% to the firm * Payouts are able to be taken after your account has hit the "Locking point," when your account balance reaches Starting Balance + Max Loss + $100 * Payouts can be requested each Friday on a weekly cycle, with a $250 minimum per request. * Payouts are drawn from realized net profit and may not reduce the account below Starting Balance + $100.

There are no consistency or daily loss limit rules for Live Cash Accounts.

#### Live Trading Data Fees Requirements: * **Level II (Depth of Market) Pro Data:** **$165/month**, deducted from your trading account. * **Tradesea:** Additional **$35/month**, deducted if used. * Traders are required to trade **MNQ, NQ, MES, or ES**. To request another market, submit a support ticket or contact us on Discord.
